Nephrology department is effectively headed by Dr. Prabhakar, MD which has started paying handsome dividends in the form of expanding patient base and services due to the major initiatives taken during the previous year. Pre-renal failure due to various causes like following trauma, electrolyte imbalance and renal failure-acute & chronic are managed efficiently. Peritoneal dialysis for deserving cases are also performed
Urology department is headed by Dr. Gopalakrishnan MCH (URO) emphasis on minimal invasive surgery. Except ureterolithotomy in small children, all other calculi were tackled by Endourological means and ESWL. The Dornier ESWL to which ultrasound real time focalization was added allowed treatiment of small and radiolucent stones. Ureteroscopy patients were discharged the day following the procedure.

Cardiology department provides first aid treatment and diagnose cardiac problems. The department is headed by Dr. Venkatesh Babu MD,DM and Dr. Balaji, MD,DM. The services rendered by the department are;
1. ECG
2. Echocardiogram
3. Tread Mill test
4. Routine diagnosis and treatment of hypertension
5. Coronary artery diseases treatment etc.,
The patients with AMI, CCF, HT crisis are admitted as in-patients at our well equipped intensive care.
Neurology department is headed by Dr. Capt. Govindharaj, MD, DM which is a patient friendly wing of CSR. The department treats the patient affected with severe Headache & Migraine, Stroke, TIA, Epileptic and SOL.
