Conception to confinement
 
The Scheme
• Rs.10,000 to support the delivery charges for one woman every year till my
   life time.
• Rs.5000 to support one women for all expenses from conception to
   confinement
• Rs.1000 to support a woman for her normal delivery charges.

Donor benefits
• The donor will be informed the mother’s name and address along with probable
   date of delivery and the health conditions of the mother.
• On giving birth to a child the photo and other details of the infant will be
   sent to the donor.
• The name of the donor will be enlisted in the annual report, website and
   hospital donor board.
• The name of the donor with address will be given to the beneficiary after
   getting the consent from the donor.
• Tax exemption certificate of the donated amount under 80 G of Income Tax
   Act will be issued to the donor.
• The donor is given choice to select the beneficiaries on their own either
   through the trust or by themselves.
